Tales From Table 23

Table 23 is one of the most stacked tables in the room so we thought we'd stand by the table for a few hands to see what occurred:

Matthias De Meulder and Zimnan Ziyard had made it to the river with 6,200 in the middle. The board read and the Belgian Team PokerStars Pro led for 2,500. Ziyard raised to 7,200 and took the pot as De Meulder tank-folded.
De Meulder raised to 525 from under the gun and picked up two callers. The flop fell and a Marco Leonzio bet for 1,850 from the button folded out his two opponents.
Fatima Moreira de Melo raised from under-the-gun and took the blinds and antes.
Luigi Pignataro raised to 525 from the cut-off and folded when Moreira de Melo three-bet to 1,700 from the big blind.
Not that exciting really but that is the reality of live deep stack MTT poker. A lot of patience is needed to become a success.
