The final table is one player away from being set as Jorma Nuutinen has just been eliminated by David Boyaciyan.
It happened Aleh Plauski opened for 80,000 from early position and Nuutinen three-bet shoved for 530,000 from the small blind. David Boyaciyan then called from the big blind and Plauski got out of the way.
Showdown
Nuutinen:
Boyaciyan:
It was a bad spot for Nuutinen, and according to the PokerNews Odds Calculator, he had just a 23.73% chance of winning compared to Boyaciyan's 75.15%.
Nuutinen would watch those odds slowly drop to zero as the board ran out an unexciting . The Finnish player exited in 10th place, which means the final nine players will combine to one table.

We are down to nine players in the EPT Prague Main Event, meaning we have reached out (unofficial) final table. We need to lose one more player tonight before we pause the tournament for the last time.
Here's how the players line-up:
Seat | Name | Chips |
---|---|---|
1 | David Boyaciyan | 4,290,000 |
2 | Sergey Kuzminskiy | 2,655,000 |
3 | Mariusz Klosinski | 2,050,000 |
4 | Ramzi Jelassi | 2,750,000 |
5 | Ben Warrington | 2,165,000 |
6 | Sotirios Koutoupas | 3,765,000 |
7 | Mark Herm | 1,705,000 |
8 | Aleh Plauski | 3,560,000 |
9 | Diego Gomez | 2,980,000 |
The remaining nine players are on a short break, so here's something to keep you occupied while you wait.
David Boyaciyan has already been through this stage of the tournament once before. He was runner-up in this event just last year. Sarah talks to him about the secret to EPT Prague.
Sergey Kuzminskiy opened to 80,000 from under the gun, and to his immediate let Mariusz Klosinski three-bet to 160,000. The action then passed around to Diego Gomez in the small blind, who four-bet to 410,000.
Kuzminskiy got out of the way but Klosinski, who is celebrating his 40th birthday today, went deep into the tank. Klosinski stayed in the tank for almost two minutes before he decided to move all in for his remaining 1,995,000 and the spotlight switched to Gomez.
Klosinski rose from his seat and stood with his arms folded across his chest whilst his Spanish opponent considered what to do with his hand. Gomez folded after a minute of thinking and Klosinski helped himself to the pot.
Due to a €22,000 pay jump, the fact there is a place on the official EPT Prague main event final table and the shortest stack has 46 big blinds, the players seem happy to play preflop poker.
The dealer needs to find some cooler hands to create some huge pots!
Aleh Plauski opened to 80,000 from the cutoff and then called when Sergey Kuzminskiy made a small three-bet to 170,000 from the big blind.
The pair shared a flop. Kuzminskiy checked, then called, as Plauski tried his luck with a probing bet. The turn was the and Kuzminskiy checked again. Plauski bet 240,000 and Kuzminskiy folded soon after.
David Boyaciyan was in the cutoff and when the action folded around to him he raised to 80,000. Sergey Kuzminskiy called on the button and once Mariusz Klosinski folded his small blind, Ramzi Jelassi squeezed to 250,000.
Boyaciyan folded and shortly after, so did Kuzminskiy.
