Bonomo Busts Second Bullet

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Justin Bonomo was just the first player to bust his second bullet. Benny Spindler raised preflop and Sorel Mizzi made the call. Bonomo decided to move all in for 11,000 and Spindler made an isolation raise to 20,000 which got Mizzi to fold his hand.

Justin Bonomo: {7-}{7-}
Benny Spindler: {A-}{K-}

An ace appeared on the river and Bonomo was eliminated. Spindler, who's also on his second bullet, is doing great with one of the top stacks in the room.

Peters Takes Out Kabrhel

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Martin Kabrhel was down to just seven big blinds when he just decided to move all in from early position. David Peters called with {A-}{6-Diamonds} and was up against {K-}{9-}.

The board ran out {Q-}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Kabrhel was eliminated. We might see the Czech pro back as he still has the option to do a rebuy.

To the Max

Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante

More oh more chips to Max Lykov and this time they came from Jyri Merivirta.

The action was three-way to an {a-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop and Merivirta, the pre flop aggressor, continued for 4,000. Lykov was the only caller from the button and the two headed to the {q-Spades} turn where Merivirta check-called a 5,800 bet.

The board completed with the {10-Hearts} and Lykov went for it with a 17,800 bet. Merivirta called and wasn't happy to see the Team Pro open {2-Spades}{4-Spades} for a bay flush.

Kettunen Busts Jaka

Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante

Faraz Jaka's fate was sealed on the river when he just did not managed to improve against Henri Kettunen. Igor Kurganov brought us up to speed with what had happened.

Henri Kettunen raised to 2,000 and Igor Kurganov called after which Faraz Jaka three-bet to 6,700 from the button. The action came back to Kettunen who made it 13,800 and Jaka made the call.

The flop brought {3-Spades}{4-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and Kettunen bet 8,800 after which Jaka moved all in for around 18,000 chips. Kettunen made the call and showed {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}. Jaka turned over {Q-Spades}{5-Spades} and was knocked out after the turn, the {10-Diamonds}, and river, the {10-Clubs}, did not help him out.

Lim Likes Ace High

Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante

Aaron Lim had lost some chips since dinner break but got some back thanks to Sorel Mizzi.

Mizzi defended his big blind after a Lim button raise and also check-called a 2,000 bet on the {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop. The {2-Spades}{4-Clubs} turn and river were checked through and Lim opened {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}. Mizzi checked his cards one last time and mucked.
