Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Robert Haigh
Robert Haigh

Robert Haigh seemed to use position very well just now in a three-bet pot versus Roman Korenev.

Haigh raised to 100,000 from the cut-off and called when Korenev three-bet to 245,000 from the small blind.

The board ran {7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Korenev led for 160,000 and 380,000 before he checked the river. Haigh called all the way and then bet 600,000 on the river. Korenev folded.

The very next hand Haigh opened to 100,00 and folded to Korenev three-bet.

Haigh Confuses the Hell Out of Auer

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Robert Haigh
Robert Haigh

Robert Auer folded in a battle with Robert Haigh after the latter's line seemed to really confuse him.

Haigh completed from the small blid and called when his opponent raised to 125,000. On the {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{j-Spades} flop Haigh led for 80,000 and called when Auer raised to 200,000.

The turn dropped as the {7-Diamonds} and Haigh came out leading again. Auer thought for a few minutes and folded.

There is no doubt who is the table captain at the moment!

Robert Auer - 11th Place
Robert Auer - 11th Place

Things go no better for Robert Auer, in fact they got a whole lot worse. A cooler of a flop saw him heading to the pay out desk.

Lasse Frost opened to 100,000 from the cut-off and Auer peeled from the big blind to see a {4-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} flop. Frost continued for 115,000 and called when Auer shoved for around 820,000.

Auer: {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for trip queens.
Frost: {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for better trip queens.

The board ran out a harmless {a-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}.

Pascal Vos on Day 4
Pascal Vos on Day 4

Daniel-Gai Pidun raised under the gun plus one to 100,000 after which Calvin Anderson three-bet to 235,000 from the button. Pascal Vos was sitting in the small blind and he moved all in for 890,000. Pidun folded quickly and Anderson went into tank for quite some time. Eventually he made the call and a big all in was upon us!

Calvin Anderson: {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Pascal Vos: {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}

The board ran out {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{7-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Vos doubled up! Anderson made an onorthodox call but Vos' pair held up. Anderson is now once again the short stack at the feature table with 10 players remaining.
