Kenny Hicks Eliminated in 7th Place (€188,500)

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Kenny Hicks

Hand #24: Antonio Buonanno opened under the gun plus one for 125,000 with {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. As soon as we saw Kenny Hicks had {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} in the cutoff, we saw it could mean an all in. Hicks made it 300,000 and the other players folded. Buonanno shoved all in and Hicks made the call.

It was a classic race but it was probably the most important one of Hicks' life. The 4,560,000 pot wouldn't go his way though, he busted in 7th after the board ran out {9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{6-Spades} {Q-Spades} {3-Diamonds}.

The remaining six players are all guaranteed €258,300.
