Obrestad Stations a Big Slick Triple Barrel

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

Annette Obrestad called an early position raise and when the blinds folded she was heads up in the pot and looking at a flop of {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}.

Obrestad called a bet of 325 and they went to the turn card {3-Spades} where she now called a bet of 525.

The river was the {2-Diamonds} and her opponent bet 800. Obrestad gave it some thought before making the call to see her opponent table {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}, but one of the best starting hands was no match in the end for Obrestad’s {9-Spades}{8-Spades}.

As she stacked the chips a player joined in seat 10 at her table causing her to remark, “Ten handed? Wow.”

The dealer confirmed that depending on how busy it was some tables will be ten handed but it will go nine handed as the field thins out.
