Antoine Nahas opened for 625 and was called on the button by Carter Swidler and the big blind Philipp Gruissem. Three players saw a flop of and it was Swidler who continued for 700 and got one caller in Nahas.

Max Altergott used the 15 minute break to buy back in to this single reentry tournament and was allocated the same seat at the same table. Max Altergott raised and small blind Olivier Busquet called. Philipp Gruissem three-bet from the big blind and the two other players called. They saw a flop of .
Busquet checked, Gruissem bet 4,000 and Altergott raised to 9,800. Busquet got out of the way but Gruissem made the call. The turn card was the and now Gruissem checked. Altergott had a look at his opponent’s and bet 30,000, as good as putting him all in which is exactly what Gruissem did.
Altergott called the extra and turned over for the flush draw and was against the of Gruissem. The river doubled up Gruissem and crippled Altergott.
Very shortly after Altergott was all in and this time he had the getting a call from Busquet with . The cards ran out the ace on the river sending Altergott to the rail.
With around 17,000 in the pot and a flop of , Australian pro Jonathan Karamalikis checked from the under-the-gun position and Georgios Karakousis bet 11,000 from the hijack. The button thought long and hard before folding, and then Karamalikis sprung to life with an all-in check-raise. Karakousis wasted little time in calling off and the cards were turned up.

Both players held overpairs to the board, but of course Karamalikis' was best. Karakousis seemed irritated, slapped his cards down, and then stood up and began to leave. He paused long enough to look back as the dealer put out the and on the turn and river respectively, and then Karakousis promptly stormed out of the room.
Tournament staff have just confirmed that 90 players have registered for the high roller, but of course that number is going to go up seeing as each player is allowed a single reentry and registration is open until the start of Day 2.
Two of the big stacks at the table clashed on the turn with the board reading . David Amiryan made a bet of 3,600 and [Removed:17] made his intentions clear with a raise to 17,300. Amiryan looked resignedly at his cards for a while before folding.
