Chip Counts Final Five

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Kurganov Raises Big Against Urbanovich

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #73: Action folded to Urbanovich in the small blind who limped in with {9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}. Seidel checked his option with {K-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} on the flop and Urbanovich bet 100,000. Seidel, having flopped top pair, shoved all in with his 96% hand. Urbanovich immediately released his 4% hand.

Hand #74: Altergott found a real hand with {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} under the gun and made it 180,000. Igor Kurganov had {A-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} in the big blind and three-bet to 580,000. This didn't scare Altergott. The former EPT Grand Final €100,000 Super High Roller champion shoved all in, and Kurganov folded.

Hand #75: Urbanovich opened {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for 170,000 from the cutoff, and took down the blinds and antes.

Hand #76: Urbanovich again had a real hand, this time he had {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} under the gun. He opened to 165,000, just 5,000 more than a min raise. Everyone folded, again the blinds and antes went to Urbanovich.

Hand #77: Kurganov opened {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts} from the cutoff and Urbanovich called from the big blind with {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} and Urbanovich checked. Kurganov bet 275,000 and Urbanovich, with an open ended straight draw, called.

1,000,000 in the pot and the {J-Diamonds} hit the turn, bringing a third diamond and pairing the board. Urbanovich bet out 305,000 now. Kurganov tanked for quite a bit, and eventually decided on raising the action to 1,100,000.

Urbanovich, still with his open ended, tanked for a long long time, before eventually folded.

Hand #60: Action folded to Igor Kurganov with {A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} in the cutoff. He opened for 135,000 and Altergott instantly folded his button. Fedor Holz in the small blind thought about it for a bit, and moved all in for 910,000 with {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}.

Sammartino in the big blind folded instantly. Kurganov did the math, and called.

The flop came {K-Clubs}{A-Spades}{10-Clubs}, giving both a piece. The {A-Spades} on the turn took away a lot of Holz's outs. The {7-Hearts} on the river wasn't one of the cards Holz needed, and the young German made his exit in 7th place.
