Wilinofsky Busts to Alibas

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante
Ben Wilinofsky
Ben Wilinofsky

Keven Stammen just sat down at the same table as Niall Farrell and Joni Jouhkimainen.

It was there that we came across a hand where the turn lay {Q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{2-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Salim Alibas as well as Ben Wilinofsky got into a raising war with the latter moving all in for around 47,000 chips. Alibas called with the superior stack and the cards were turned over.

Alibas: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Wilinofsky: {J-Spades}{10-Spades}

The straight draw of Wilinofsky didn't come as the {A-Clubs} blanked on the river, and that was it for Wilinofsky.

O'Dwyer Fires all the Way

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Leonid Sidelkovskiy opened to 1,200 from the cutoff and Steve O'Dwyer three-bet to 3,600 from the small blind, only getting called by Sidelkovskiy. On the {J-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{5-Clubs} O'Dwyer continued for 3,000 and was called before making it 6,400 to go on the {6-Clubs} turn. Sidelkovskiy called and the {A-Clubs} river triggered a bet of 9,800 by O'Dwyer. His opponent from Russia tanked and time was called eventually on him, ultimately resulting in a fold after 30 seconds into the minute of consideration.

Toma Busts Rettenmaier; Ships the Chips to Garcia

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Jason Mercier is back above starting stack and confirmed that Marvin Rettenmaier busted in a coin flip with {J-}{J-} against the {A-}{Q-} of Tsugunari Toma. The latter had a big stack and just lost a lot of it to Jose Carlos Garcia.

On the three-way flop {4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}, Toma and Garcia checked while a third player bet 4,000 into a pot of 10,000. Toma called and Garcia then raised to 11,500. The third player in the hand folded and Toma reraised to 26,500. Garcia moved all in and Toma quickly called.

Garcia: {A-Spades}{5-Spades}
Toma: {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

Both the {K-Hearts} turn and the {10-Spades} river bricked and Garcia doubled up for 53,800 chips.

Vaillancourt Busts Drinan

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Connor Drinan
Connor Drinan

The floor staff just collected the media card of Connor Drinan and the player in seat one was having a ton of chips. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Noah Vaillancourt and he confirmed that it was him that busted Drinan. Drinan raised to 1,000 from the hijack and Vaillancourt just flat-called.

On the {Q-}{7-}{4-} flop, Drinan continued for 1,600 and was called before the {3-Diamonds} on the turn saw another barrel worth 4,100. Again Vaillancourt just called and an {A-} completed the board. Drinan fired 8,400 and then called all in only to muck once Vaillancourt turned over pocket queens for a set.
