Kevin MacPhee raised to 9,000 under the gun and Anton Bertilsson three-bet to 25,000 from the cutoff. Joao Simao in the small blind cold four-bet to 75,000 and the big blind and MacPhee both folded. Bertilsson shoved all in and Simao made the call.
