Treccarichi and Pyzara Got Chips

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

Kacper Pyzara three-bet the small blind and then called a squeeze to 5,300 by his table neighbor to see a heads-up flop of {J-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. The Pole check-folded to a continuation bet worth 5,000 by his opponent but remains well above average.

One table over, Walter Treccarichi and Anton Bertilsson clashed in a smaller pot with the Italian check-calling a bet of 2,000 on the {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop. Both players then checked the {2-Spades} turn and the {A-Spades} river. Treccarichi showed {9-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Bertilsson mucked.

Ivan Luca's attempt to make chips resulted in a four-bet shove for 12,850 out of the small blind. The initial raiser folded and three-bettor Adrien Allain also let go after having invested 2,900.

Chadha Thriving

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

After a raise to 1,200 by Luis Rodriguez Cruz, two players called and Carlos Chadha then three-bet to 6,000 in the small blind. Rodriguez Cruz squeezed to 13,700 and just the Canadian called to see a flop of {A-}{10-}{5-}. Chadha check-called a bet of 5,800 and they checked through the {J-} turn.

With the {K-} river, Chadha put his opponent at risk for around 19,000 chips in a pot of 41,000 and Rodriguez Cruz called with ace-king for two pair. Chadha had completed a straight and scooped the big pot.

Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier

Frenchmen Guillaume Diaz and Bertrand "Elky" Grospellier were seated at the same table and were involved in a hand together. Elky had bet 1,500 on a flop of {k-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Diaz called. The turn was the {k-Clubs} and Diaz check-called another bet of Elky of 3,200. The river was the {a-Hearts} and both players checked.

Diaz showed {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} but Grospellier's pocket sixes {6-Hearts}{6-Spades} included a heart which meant he scooped the pot.

Jaime Staples Moving Up

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Twitch streamer and member of Team PokerStars Online Jaime Staples raised to 1,200 from the hijack and was called by Felipe Boianovsky in the big blind. On a flop of {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} both players checked and saw the {10-Clubs} on the turn. Boianovsky check-called Staples' bet of 1,600 and the {7-Hearts} came on the river.

This time Boianovsky lead for 3,700 and Staples tanked. "You don't have many nines," he pondered before committing the chips to the pot to make the call. Boianovsky showed {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} and Staples proudly showed {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} to scoop the pot
