Stuer Gives It To Da Silva Moraes

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Julian Stuer
Julian Stuer

Alexandros Kolonias made it 45,000 and Rafael Da Silva Moraes called.

Julian Stuer then pushed in for 360,000 and after a fold from Kolonias, Da Silva Moraes called with the {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}.

Stuer was way behind with the {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and got no help from a {4-Hearts}{a-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades}{k-Hearts} board to bow out 14th.

Stuer Gets Short

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Ivan Deyra opened to 43,000 from under the gun and Julian Stuer flat-called from one seat over, as did Max Silver on the button. The flop {8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} was checked to Silver and he bet 75,000, which only Stuer called. Both then continued to check the {3-Diamonds} turn before Stuer led the {J-Clubs} river for 125,000.

Silver gave it some consideration, called, and was shipped the pot when he called and Stuer mucked.

Break!

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

With Level 20 now behind them, the players are off on a 15-minute break. They will return to play one more 60-minute level before the day is done.

Another Big Pot to Papazian

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Alexandru Papazian limped in and Anthiny Zinno made it 40,000 to go from one seat over, which Zvi Stern called in the big blind. Papazian went along and the trio checked the {8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and the {8-Diamonds} turn. On the {6-Hearts} river, the action checked to Papazian and he fired a bet worth 115,000.

Zinno flat-called and Stern folded to see the Romanian turn over {8-Spades}{6-Clubs} as winning hand.

Negreanu Gets Flushed by Papazian

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

The hand started with a limp by Alexandru Papazian and Daniel Negreanu then made it 46,000 to go from the button. Zvi Stern called and Papazian also filled up. On the {Q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop, Stern and Papazian both checked and Negreanu bet 65,000. Stern flat-called before Papazian check-raised to 190,000.

Negreanu shoved for 391,000 and Stern folded whereas Papazian quickly called.

Negreanu: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Papazian: {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

"You want this," the PokerStars Team Pro said and grabbed his ace of diamonds. Sure enough the dealer burned and turned the {5-Diamonds} to give Papazian a flush, but Negreanu still had outs with any diamond except for the six. A blank {8-Hearts} river sent Negreanu to the rail in 15th place and the tournament loses one of the biggest names on the last two tables.
