Auyezkanov Doubles Through Akhundov

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Steve O'Dwyer opened the betting with a raise to 100,000 from early position. He got called in two spots, both blinds wanted to see a flop.

Murad Akhundov checked from the small blind on {4-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} but big blind Aidyn Auyezkanov had bigger plans. He pushed all in for 375,000 and O'Dwyer instantly folded. As quick as O'Dywer laid it down, so quick did Akhundov call.

Murad Akhundov: {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Aidyn Auyezkanov: {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

Auyezkanov was in excellent position to double up and did exactly that with the {A-Hearts} and {4-Spades} completing the board.

Small Hands

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Ole Schemion raised to 110,000 and Daniel Cates defended his big blind. On the {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} flop, Cates check-called a continuation bet worth 125,000 before surrendering the {7-Clubs} turn to a second barrel worth 240,000.

Cates then raised to 100,000 from the button and folded to a shove by Max Silver from one seat over.

On table one, Bryn Kenney made it 120,000 from the small blind and Steve O'Dwyer filled up in the big blind. The flop fell {5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Kenney's bet of 85,000 did the trick.

Moraes Loses Flip to Quoss

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Rafael Da Silva Moraes

Fabian Quoss opened to 110,000 first to act and Rafael Da Silva Moraes pushed from one seat over for what looked like 450,000, nine big blinds. The rest of the table folded to Quoss and the German quickly called.

Moraes: {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}
Quoss: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The Brazilian rail asked what was going on and it was bad news for their countryman saw the flop come {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}. It was all over for Moraes on the {4-Spades} turn, making the {6-Spades} river meaningless and sending Quoss above two million.

Daniel Cates Eliminated

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Daniel Cates raised to 100,000 from the hijack and action folded to Fedor Holz in the small blind. The chip leader pushed all in and big blind David Peters threw his cards in the muck. Action was on Cates who had 840,000 behind at this point. He tanked for a bit, talked a little bit to himself, and eventually called.

Daniel Cates: {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Fedor Holz: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}

The board came {J-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Cates made his way to the exit.

Mikita Badziakouski Folds a Full House

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Aidyn Auyezkanov raised to 100,000 from the cutoff and Mikita Badziakouski called from the big blind. Both players checked on {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and the {K-Spades} hit the turn. Badziakouski bet out 75,000 and Auyezkanov instantly called.

The {6-Spades} completed the board and Badziakouski checked. Auyezkanov bet 125,000 and action was back on Badziakouski. The online high stakes cash game player tanked for a bit.

He said "I have a full house, but a very bad one", and eventually open folded a {2-Spades}.

Auyezkanov laughed out loud and showed his {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}; "Only 125 haha!"

"Nice hand" said Badziakouski.

Kenney Doubles O'Dwyer

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Action folded to Bryn Kenney in the cutoff and the high roller open shoved as he had everyone behind him covered. His neighbor Steve O'Dwyer on the button tanked for a bit, and then called all in for 835,000. The other players all folded and Kenney soon got the bad news.

Steve O'Dwyer: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}
Bryn Kenney: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}

The board ran out {5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and O'Dwyer doubled.

Four Short Stacks on Table 1

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

The bubble is not far away with 11 players left and nine spots being paid, but the constellation of stack sizes plays a crucial role right now. There are four short stacks over on table one while table two is dominated by Fabian Quoss and Fedor Holz.

Aidyn Auyezkanov helped himself to 1.1 million after raising the button for 100,000. Steve O'Dwyer called in the big blind and then gave up the {J-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop to a continuation bet. O'Dwyer then open-shoved the small blind and Mikita Badziakouski folded the big blind before Bryn Kenney shoved for 610,000 one hand later to scoop blinds and antes.
