Jacks Good for Obreshkov Against Lacay

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Stoyan Obreshkov opened for 23,000 from early position and got a call from Ludovic Lacay from the big blind. Obreshkov bet 18,000 after Lacay checked on the {4-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop.

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Sam Cohen opened to 20,000 from the cutoff and Pedro Lamarca called in the small blind to see a flop of {10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Lamarca checked, Cohen continued for 32,000 and then snap-called the shove of Lamarca to put herself at risk for 144,000.

Kurtosi Sends [Removed:198] to the Rail

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

After a raise by Janos Kurtosi, [Removed:197] moved all in for around 110,000 from the button and the action folded back to Kurtosi. The big stack from Hungary called and took the coin flip.

[Removed:197]: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Janos Kurtosi: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{9-Spades} flop improved Kurtosi, and the {2-Clubs} turn and {9-Hearts} river bricked off to eliminate [Removed:198]. Almost at the same time and two tables over, Danut Chisu was also eliminated.

Halme's Three-Barrel Fails

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Antti Halme bet 20,000 from middle position against two opponents in a hand on the stream. Only Friedrich Meyer, on his left, called on the {4-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop. Halme bet 45,000 more on the {6-Hearts} turn and 115,000 on the {q-Spades} river. Meyer consider about three minutes and then called. Hlme had {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a busted draw, and Meyer showed {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} to take the pot.

After the hand, the stream didn't show Meyer's stack, but it looked to be in the neighborhood of 500,000.
