Keijzer Puts the Pressure on Petersen

Level 6 : 400/800, 0 ante

With the flop down {a-Spades}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, the action gets checked to Ronald Keijzer in middle position who bet pot for 6,000. Alexander Petersen called from the small blind before the big blind player folded.

The turn card was the {3-Clubs}, and Petersen checked again. Keijzer quickly bet pot once more, this time for 18,000, and left himself just 2,500 behind.

Petersen went into the tank, and after his initial 30 seconds was up, he threw in a timebank card into the middle.

As his second 30 seconds of thinking time was nearly over, he reluctantly folded and showed {k-}{q-}{j-} from his hand before Keijzer picked up the pot.

Astedt Eliminated by Capitan

Level 6 : 400/800, 0 ante

The flop was down {j-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{9-Clubs}, and all the chips went into the middle in the of Bogdan Capitan versus Niklas Astedt, with the latter the player at risk of elimination.

Astedt: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Capitan: {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

Capitan had flopped two pair, and Astedt was behind with pocket kings.

The {3-Spades} turn card was no help for Astedt, and when the river card fell the {9-Clubs} to give Capitan a full house, Astedt's fate was sealed.

Mezei Doiubles Through Loeffler

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 0 ante

David Mezei raised to 2,500 from the button and called a three-bet to 8,500 from Kilian Loeffler in the small blind.

The flop fell {5-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, and Loeffler checked. Mezei bet 13,500 and Loeffler started to think before he moved all in just before his 30 seconds was up. Mezei snap-called and was ahead.

Loeffler: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Mezei: {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

Mezei had hit top set, and Loeffler needed help. But the turn {2-Clubs} and river {6-Clubs} didn't change the situation, and Loeffler was left with just 7,500 as Mezei moved up to 95,000.
