"I'm bound to lose one eventually," said Greenwood.

Daniel Dvoress

There was a three-way all in involving Chin Wei Lim the tournament chip leader.

Daniel Dvoress {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} was the short stack with 64,000 and Michael Soyza {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts} was all in for 121,000. Lim had them both covered but was behind with the {a-Spades}{10-Spades}.

The board ran out {6-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} with Dvoress turning two pair to triple up, as Soyza almost broke even on the pot.

Soyza Onto Second Bullet; Eliminates Katz

Level 8

Michael Soyza is already onto his second of three bullets after losing with {10-Clubs}{j-Hearts} to the {j-Clubs}{k-Clubs} of Jochanan Flink.

The board came {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Soyza flicked another bullet in for a fresh 50,000 stack.

On the very next hand, Cary Katz got 15,000 in with {j-Clubs}{q-Hearts} against the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} of Soyza.

The board was {7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} and Katz - who had struggled to get even above starting stack at times - would have to jump back in.

Lim Eliminates Higgs; Flink Triples Up

Level 8
Jochanan Flink
Jochanan Flink

On a {q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop there were three players in the hand and 35,000 in the pot. Sam Higgs checked to Jochanan Flink who moved all inf or 46,000. Chin Wei Lim was the table big stack and moved all in over the top.

Higgs tanked and used a time extension before calling.

Sam Higgs: {j-Spades}{k-Spades}
Jochanan Flink: {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Chin Wei Lim: {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Flink was ahead and in line for a triple up, with Higgs needing a spade or a ten to double through Lim. The {8-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} runout was a brick for Higgs handing Flink a triple up and the rest of his stack headed to Lim.
