Christoph Vogelsang limped from the small blind and big blind Conor Beresford raised it up to 21,000. Vogelsang called and they saw the ![]()

flop.
Both players checked and the
turn fell. Vogelsang lead out with a bet of 33,000 and that was enough to make Beresford fold.
''Where are the sunglasses? I prefer to look at those'' Beresford said to Vogelsang with a little smile on his face.
''What about the hoodie?'' Vogelsang replied and Beresford told him he was indifferent about the hoodie while players at the table started laughing.
Vamshi Vandanapu opened the action to 14,000 and Paul Michaelis flat called in middle position. Julien Martini got position, calling in the cutoff, before it came to the blinds. Danilo Velasevic came along from the small blind before Bruno Volkmann upped it to 55,000. Michaelis and Martini were the only callers and the three players went to the flop.

and Volkmann didn't continue. Michaelis put 70,000 over the line and Martini called behind before Volkmann got out of the way.
On the
turn, Michaelis checked-raised Martini's 80,000 bet to 400,000 all in. The Frenchman folded and EPT Prague Champion Michaelis is good for the chip lead after winning that hand.

Konstantinos Asgoudakis raised to 15,000 from under the gun, Govert Metaal three-bet to 42,000 in middle position, Oshri Lahmani four-bet shoved 128,000 on the button, Asgoudakis shoved all in as well, and Metaal directly overcalled all in for 272,000 total.

Pierre Merlin was eliminated in the last hand before the break. He was kind enough to tell the PokerNews live reporting team that he had two pair and his opponent had a set to take him out of the running.
