Igor Tregoubov

Having survived several all in after being left with a miracle, Igor Tregoubov eventually ran out of chips when his {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades} could not beat the {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} of Luca Fontanel. The board came king-high and Tregoubov was gone in 33rd place, all remaining players will now get balanced over the final four tables.

Cakmak Saves Melis, Gets Sukhorukov Worked Up

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Dmitrii Sukhorukov
Dmitrii Sukhorukov

Emrah Cakmak raised to 55,000 from early position and Dmitrii Sukhorukov called from the small blind. Mario Melis three-bet shoved 265,000 from the big blind, Cakmak shoved as well, and Sukhorukov thought for a long while before flicked {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} face-up in the muck.

Mario Melis: {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Emrah Cakmak: {a-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

"Are you serious?" Sukhorukov erupted, his voice dancing between sadness and anger. The board came down safe for Melis with {7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{7-Spades}{a-Spades} and he survived.

"Nice shove man,' Sukhorukov said to Cakmak, using hand-gestures as if Cakmak was making it rain in the local stripper joint. The pair darted back and forth for a bit before things settled down again.

Yokosawa Eliminated by Sinclair

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Masato Yokosawa
Masato Yokosawa

Another all in showdown over on table two saw Masato Yokosawa at risk of elimination and he was in need of help, as Jack Sinclair had the superior pocket pair.

Masato Yokosawa: {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Jack Sinclair: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Nothing changed on the {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{6-Spades}{a-Spades} board and Yokosawa became another casualty after the dinner break. Shortly before him, Halldor Sverrisson bowed out in 36th place and received €4,700 as well.

Chisu and Mitsiu Double

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Danut Chisu was all in for the last 415,000 with {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} against the {j-Hearts}{j-Spades} of Vasily Kurdin and stood up from his chair after the {9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop. The {7-Spades} turn blanked, but the {q-Hearts} on the river came to the rescue.

Yota Mitsui also doubled. He was all in for 750,000 with {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} and prevailed in a flip against the {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} of Nathan Gozlan thanks to a {q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds} board.
