According to Sam Grafton, D'Alterio opened and Lampros flatted before Velvelt shoved behind them. D'Alterio's attempt to isolate was met with a quick call, however he flopped everyone nearly dead when three spades arrived. The turn and river were clean for him and he sent both opponents with dominating hands to payouts.
