Zahiti Gets a Knockout and More Before Dinner

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Vasile Zagon went all in for his last 60,000 from under the gun and saw Yiannis Liperis reraise to 95,000 from his direct left. Marcin Lesniewski was next to act in middle position and called before action folded around to Fidan Zahiti, who also called from the big blind.

The three players with chips still in front of them meant Zagon had a chance to quadruple his stack while the others competed for a side pot. The flop came {8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and Zahiti led out for 150,000. Liperis folded and Lesniewski called.

The turn was {j-Spades} and Zahiti announced he was all in. Lesniewski folded.

Vasile Zagon: {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Fidan Zahiti: {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}

Peter Can't Win a Showdown

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Jaroslav Peter lost a big pot to Grzegorz Wyraz not long ago and he now ended up second-best two hands in a row to hit the rail.

Fabio Di Blasi raised to 50,000 on the button and Antal Mezei pushed the small blind for 585,000, Peter jammed the big blind for slightly more and De Blasi folded.

Antal Mezei: {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Jaroslav Peter: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The board came {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{k-Clubs} and Mezei rivered the king for the superior pair.

In the next hand, he was all-in from the small blind and Wyraz called the 75,000.

Jaroslav Peter: {j-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Grzegorz Wyraz: {j-Spades}{8-Diamonds}

The {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds} runout perfectly showcased the fortune of Peter in the past hour as he bowed out in rollercoaster fashion.

Buhaiov Gets River Value

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Vojtech Susta opened to 50,000 in the cutoff and was called by Nazar Buhaiov, defending his big blind. The flop came {10-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Buhaiov checked. Susta fired out a continuation-bet of 35,000, and Buhaiov had the amount confirmed before making the call. Both players then checked the turn {10-Spades}.

The river came {3-Clubs} and Buhaiov fired out a bet of 75,000. Susta thought for a few minutes and then flicked in chips to call.

Buhaiov tabled {k-Spades}{8-Spades} for kings up, which proved to be good as Susta sent his cards to the muck.
