World Champion Ensan Eliminated by Marsh

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Hossein Ensan
Hossein Ensan

Luke Marsh found {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} in the early position and raised to 45,000. Action folded to Hossein Ensan in the big blind who had {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds} who defended.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for Marsh to pick up the flush and straight draw. Ensan checked and Marsh continued with a bet of 45,000. Ensan went along.

The turn was the {j-Hearts} for Ensan to hit a pair of jacks but Marsh hit a straight. Ensan checked again and Marsh fired a 85,000 bet into the pot. Ensan counted out his stack and then decided to raise to 185,000 after using a time bank card. Marsh looked at the bet and called.

The river completed the board with the {8-Spades}, Ensan shoved for 335,000 and Marsh snap-called with the better hand to eliminate the World Champion in 28th place.
