Sultanov Doubles Through Tuna

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

The cards of Akin Tuna were already in the muck and he later confirmed it had been a flip with ace-king. Tuna did hit a king on the {q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{9-Clubs} board but the very same card improved Viacheslav Sultanov to a straight with his {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. Sultanov doubled for 60,200 as a result.

O'Dwyer Tries to Bluff Chassing

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Steve O'Dwyer raised from early position to 4,000 and he was called by Roland Chassing from the cutoff and the player in the small blind.

The flop came down {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and it checked to Chassing who bet out a hefty 15,000. O'Dwyer called after the player in the small blind folded.

The turn was the {3-Spades} and O'Dwyer checked to Chassing who continued with a bet of 20,000. O'Dwyer went for the check-raise when he put 60,000 in the middle and Chassing thought about it before calling.

The river was the {8-Clubs} and O'Dwyer took his time to think and eventually made a bet of about 65,000. Chassing called after a minute and O'Dwyer was forced to show {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs} while Chassing had {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a better hand.
