Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Aditya Sushant
Aditya Sushant

Aditya Sushant has had a strong start to the tournament and is chipping up well. This is in spite of losing a small pot just now. There had been one limper and Sushant raised it to 5,000 on the button. Oleg Vasylchenko was sat in the small blind and he three-bet to 14,000. The limper folded and Sushant thought about it before opting to pass.

Vadim Lipovka opened to 3,100 on the button and Arseniy Karmatskiy and Amir Shomron called in the small and big blinds respectively.

On the {k-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, Lipovka continued for 4,500 when checked to and only Karmatskiy called. The turn was the {3-Diamonds} and after a second check from Karmatskiy, Lipovka made it 11,500 to go further. Karmatskiy gave it some thought but looked comfortable with his fold.

Waigel Off the Mark

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Ezequiel Waigel was one of the recent late registrations but he is already off to a good start. Just now Andrey Kotelnikov opened preflop, Valery Yantsevich called and Waigel came along from the big blind.

On the {4-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop Waigel checked and Kotelnikov continued for 2,100 which both Yantsevich and Waigel called.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Kotelnnikov barreled for 7,000 and both of his opponents called. The river was the {a-Spades} and Waigel checked a third time with Kotelnikov and Yantsevich doing the same. Waigel opened {2-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and with the other two players mucking, he took down the pot.
