Holz Back in the Mix

Level 13 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Since re-entering, Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz has won several big pots without securing a full double and moved up the leaderboard with more than three times the starting stack.

In the latest hand, he raised to 25,800 in the cutoff and found a single caller on the button, which happened to be Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi. Holz bet the {9-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop for 57,960 and earned a call to then bet the {j-Spades} turn for 96,720 into 196,020.

Shakerchi sent his cards into the virtual muck and Holz chipped up without showdown.

Stevens Next to Fall

Level 13 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante
Stevens vs ragAAAila19
Stevens vs ragAAAila19

Shortly after the start of the new level, "ragAAAila19" min-raised to 24,000 from the hijack and Bert "girafganger7" Stevens three-bet jammed for the 251,865 he had behind. A quick call by "ragAAAila19" followed and they were off to the races.

Bert "girafganger7" Stevens: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}
"ragAAAila19": {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}

The {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop immediately provided a set and Stevens picked up a gutshot on the {q-Spades} turn. However, the {k-Spades} river was of no help and Stevens ran out of chips on the second bullet.

Karmatckii Falls; "ragAAAila19" Doubles and Busts Bujtas After

Level 12 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante
Karmatckii eliminated by Eibinger
Karmatckii eliminated by Eibinger

In a battle of the two table short stacks, Arsenii "josef_shvejk" Karmatckii was at rusk for eight and a half blinds on the button with the {q-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Matthias "iambest2" Eibinger three-bet jammed 13 and a half blinds in the small blind with the dominating {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}.

Neither player connected with the {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Clubs} board and Karmatckii was on the rail.

A far bigger all-in showdown occurred shortly after on the same table.

Romania's "ragAAAila19" limped the small blind and Vicent "gordon0410" Bosca raised to 35,000 from the big blind, which was called. Following the {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, "ragAAAila19" check-called 51,975 and did so again for 120,582 on the {9-Spades} turn. They also checked the {5-Hearts} on the river and snap-called all-in for 408,699 when Bosca shipped it in.

Bosca's move with the {8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} ran right into the nuts, as "ragAAAila19" had turned the jack-high straight with the {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}.

Late entrant Laszlo "omaha4rollz" Bujtas was briefly on the same table and his {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts} had a kicker problem against "ragAAAila19" with the {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} which he could not solve on a {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{8-Spades} board.

"SHOCK1AV" Eliminated by Pardo

Level 12 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

"SHOCK1AV" made it 20,000 to go on the button and Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo came along from the big blind to see the {a-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Spades} flop. Pardo elected to check, "SHOCK1AV" bet 15,750 and the Spaniard called.

On the {k-Clubs} turn, Pardo check-raised to 80,000 and "SHOCK1AV" moved all-in for 208,348 total in order to receive a call by Pardo.

"SHOCK1AV": {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo: {k-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

Pardo had turned two pair and even made a full house on the {2-Clubs} river.

Laka Busts Mateos and Vousden

Level 12 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante
Laka busts Mateos and Vousden
Laka busts Mateos and Vousden

Adrian "Amadi_017" Mateos was already at risk for fewer than five blinds out of the small blind and Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden in the big blind had reraised to 100,000, which David "MonkeyBausss" Laka as the initial raiser called.

Vousden led the {q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop for 49,485 and was called by Laka who then also called the shove of Vousden for 279,393 on the {k-Clubs} turn.

Adrian "Amadi_017" Mateos: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden: {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
David "MonkeyBausss" Laka: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

Both players at risk were alive with a gutshot and a flush draw respectively but Laka held onto his lead thanks to the {2-Diamonds} river.

A Double for Addamo

Level 12 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

Michael "imluckbox" Addamo doubled with trips sevens but remained the shortest stack in contention. The Aussie then jammed for just over nine blinds from under the gun and was called by table big stack Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo on the button.

Michael "imluckbox" Addamo: {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}
Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}

It was a classic flip and Addamo had a ton of outs to dodge when the flop fell {k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Spades}. He did so successfully on the {9-Clubs} turn and {8-Diamonds} river to avoid definite elimination for now.

Reixach and Holz Sent to the Rail

Level 11 : 4,500/9,000, 1,125 ante
Reixach eliminated by Shakerchi
Reixach eliminated by Shakerchi

Sergi "srxakgirona" Reixach had re-entered not long ago and made it 18,000 to go with 189,045 behind. Those went in via four-bet jam when facing a three-bet to 45,000 by table neighbor Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi and the Brit called.

Sergi "srxakgirona" Reixach: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

The classic flip went to Shakerchi on a board of {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and the next all-in showdown on the same table was not far away.

Christopher "lissi stinkt" Frank min-raised to 18,000 a few hands later and Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz three-bet jammed from the next seat on the button for 152,640, which Frank called immediately.

Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz: {j-Spades}{9-Spades}
Christopher "lissi stinkt" Frank: {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Frank flopped the nuts on {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}, Holz turned a flush draw with the {5-Spades} but the {5-Diamonds} river brought no runner-runner miracle. Holz re-entered shortly after on a different table.
