Adams Wins a Couple of Three-Bet Pots

Vladimir Troyanovskiy opened to 2,500 on the button and Timothy Adams three-bet to 12,000 in the small blind. Troyanovskiy called and the flop came {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. Adams fired out a bet of 8,000 and Troyanovskiy still called. The {9-Diamonds} hit the turn and Adams tossed in another bet which got Troyanovskiy to fold.

On the next hand, Troyanovskiy raised to 2,500 again and Adams bumped it up to 9,000. Troyanovskiy called and the flop fell {10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. Troyanovskiy check-called a bet of 8,000 from Adams and the {3-Diamonds} peeled off on the turn.

Troyanovskiy checked again and Adams sized up a bet of 28,000. Troyanovskiy burned through one of his time banks and eventually released his cards to the muck again.

Fedor Holz just made his way to the tournament area and took a seat on the right of Teun Mulder with a fresh stack of 250,000 chips.

Kisacikoglu Shoves on Adams

A completed board of {8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} was spread across the felt with a little over 100,000 in the middle. Timothy Adams led out with a bet of 34,000 from the big blind and Orpen Kisacikoglu went into the tank for over a minute.

Kisacikoglu eventually jammed all in for around 200,000 and Adams was forced to send his cards to the muck.

Kent Staahle raised to 2,500 in the cutoff and Aleksejs Ponakovs three-bet to 9,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Staahle called to see a flop of {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{2-Clubs}.

Staahle checked to Ponakovs who flicked in a bet of 5,000 and Staahle called. The turn was the {8-Spades} and Staahle checked again. Ponakovs gave it some thought and made a large bet of 50,000. Staahle check-raised to 100,000 and Ponakovs called.

The {8-Clubs} paired the board on the river and Staahle fired out another bet of 100,000. Ponakovs quickly called and Staahle showed {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for a full house and the best hand to scoop a monster pot in the opening level.

Watson Can't Shake Ponakovs in a Four-Way Pot

Jorryt van Hoof opened to 2,500 from under the gun and was called by Kent Staahle and Aleksejs Ponakovs. Mike Watson re-raised to 20,000 in the small blind and all three players called as they headed to a flop of {7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}.

Watson continued with a bet of 22,000 which got Van Hoof and Staahle to lay their hands down. However, Ponakovs stuck around and the {10-Diamonds} landed on the turn. Watson checked this time and Ponakovs threw in a bet of 53,000. Watson was forced to fold and Ponakovs flashed the {9-Hearts} as he collected the pot.

Teun Mulder raised to 2,500 in the cutoff and Ben Heath defended from the big blind. The flop came {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{q-Spades} and Heath check-called a bet of 2,000 from Mulder.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} and Heath checked again. Mulder fired out another bet of 10,500 and Heath stuck around to see the {4-Spades} on the river.

Heath checked for the third time and Mulder counted out a bet of 30,500. Heath flicked in a chip to call and tabled {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for trip kings and the winning hand. Coming off back-to-back €25,000 High Roller wins, Heath has continued running hot in the early going of the Super High Roller.

Three and Four Bets Flying In Already

Kent Staahle raised it up from under the gun and Jorryt van Hoof stuck in a three-bet from the big blind which Staahle called. The flop came {k-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Van Hoof led out with a bet of 14,000. Staahle called and the {7-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Van Hoof checked this time and Staahle announced a bet of 20,000 which prompted a fold from Van Hoof.

At an adjacent table, Juan Pardo opened to 2,500 from under the gun and was called by Orpen Kisacikoglu and Timothy Adams. Sam Greenwood three-bet to 18,000 from the big blind and Pardo responded with a four-bet to 42,500. IT folded back to Greenwood who also quickly dispatched his cards to the muck.
