Maue Doubles

Level 14 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Leonard Maue was all in preflop for 208,000. Daniel Dvoress re-shoved and everyone else folded.

Leonard Maue: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Daniel Dvoress: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Maue seemed to be low-stress despite being at risk as he texted during the runout. The flop came {k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} to give him a set. The turn was the {8-Spades} and the river came the {5-Hearts} to secure his double.

"Life is sick when you run good," remarked Sam Grafton as Maue casually took in his double.

Mithcell Halverson: {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Dimitar Danchev: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Halverson was at risk and dominated. However there was domination rotation as the flop came {j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. Halverson held as the turn came the {3-Clubs} and the river the {9-Clubs} to double up and stay alive.

It was the largest pot of the day so far as Maue had the lead holding the {k-Hearts}{k-Spades} up against the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} of Ponakovs.

The flop came {q-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. The turn was the {5-Diamonds} to give Ponakovs diamonds for flush outs but the river was the {8-Hearts} to miss Ponakovs and give Maue the big pot to take the chip lead.
