Guerrero Extends his Lead

Level 36 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Jimmy Guerrero raised to 1,700,000 from the small blind with {q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and Fabiano Kovalski called with {7-Hearts}{6-Spades} from the big blind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Guerrero threw in a bet of 1,200,000 that Kovalski called.

The turn was the {k-Hearts} and was checked through to the {k-Spades} river. Guerrero fired another bet of 1,400,000 to which Kovalski folded.

Bendinelli Doubles Through Costa

Level 36 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Giuliano Bendinelli
Giuliano Bendinelli

Giuliano Bendinelli limped the small blind and then called all in for his 7,400,000 chips when Neville Costa jammed the big blind.

Giuliano Bendinelli: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}
Neville Costa: {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

Bendinelli had Costa pipped as the Italian and Brazilian rails awaited the runout. The {10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop changed nothing, and although the {10-Spades} turn brought chop outs, the {5-Diamonds} completed the board to secure the double for the Italian as he embraced his energetic rail.

Giuliano Bendinelli - Neville Costa
Giuliano Bendinelli - Neville Costa

Due to the power outage, the hand where Neville Costa tripled up was missed on the stream, but he found a triple right before dinner break with {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} through Giuliano Bendinelli and Jimmy Guerrero.

Bendinelli Building Higher

Level 36 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Jimmy Guerrero opened to 1,150,000 from the button with {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Giuliano Bendinelli called from the big bling with {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}.

The flop came {a-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Spades} and Bendinelli check-called a bet of 800,000 from Guerrero.

On the {j-Spades} turn, Bendinelli checked again. Guerrero cotinued with another bet of 1,400,000 that Bendinelli called.

The {7-Diamonds} river completed the board and this time, both players checked. Bendinelli claimed the pot with his flush and Guerrero tossed his cards in the muck.

Costa Doubles Through Guerrero

Level 37 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Neville Costa
Neville Costa

Jimmy Guerrero opened to 1,350,000 in the cutoff and Neville Costa jammed for 6,225,000 in the big blind. Guerrero called.

Neville Costa: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Jimmy Guerrero: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Costa needed to race to survive, and the {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop kept him ahead. The {7-Spades} turn left him just needing to fade a river ace or queen, and the {2-Clubs} completed the board to secure his double as his Brazilian rail exploded.
