Jimmy Guerrero limped with {q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Giuliano Bendinelli raised to 2,800,000 with {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. Guerrero called.

The dealer spread the {10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop, Bendinelli bet 1,500,000, and Guerrero announced: "all in".

"I don't think I can fold," Bendinelli said just before he put chips onto the felt to signify a call.

Bendinelli needed to improve to survive, but the {2-Hearts} turn changed nothing, and Guerrero was one card away from the victory.

A few people on the Italian rail were calling for a seven, and the {7-Spades} spiked the river to improve Bendinelli to straight, as he rejoiced with his rail at the sight of the card which kept his tournament life alive.
