Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante
Niall Farrell
Niall Farrell

With 1,200 already in the middle on a {3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{10-Spades}{q-Hearts} board, Niall Farrell put out a bet of 1,000 from middle position. Klas Krueger, in the small blind, snap-raised to 2,500. Farrell called after about 20 seconds.

The river brought the {3-Clubs} and Krueger checked over to Farrell, who took his time before putting out a pot-sized bet of 6,000. It only took Krueger about 10 seconds to call.

Farrell flipped over {k-Clubs}{k-Spades} for two pair and the win.

Over on Table 51, there was around 3,800 in the middle on a {6-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs}{k-Spades}{10-Diamonds} board and Hugues Mazerolle, from the cutoff, put out a bet of 2,500. Jessica Teusl, in the big blind, wouldn't need long before making the call.

Mazerolle turned over {q-}{j-} while Teusl showed {a-}{8-} for third pair, good enough to take down a nice pot.

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
Tim Chung
Tim Chung

The board on the turn was {7-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, and faced with a bet of 2,200 from cutoff Christian Jeppsson, hijack Timothy Chung put in a check-raise to 6,500.

Jeppsson looked slightly puzzled at the move, but ended up making the call and the heads-up players saw the river {9-Hearts}.

Then Chung stuck out a big bet of 30,000, enough to cover Jeppsson's remaining stack of 25,000. Jeppsson looked pained at his decision but eventually tossed his cards into the muck to award the pot to Chung. Chung now has one of the bigger stacks in the room with 55,000.

Luther Shoves on Yildiz

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Nikita Luther
Nikita Luther

On a heads-up flop of {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{k-Spades}, Emrah Yildiz on the button bet 10,000 into a pot of around 12,000.

But then his opponent in the big blind, Nikita Luther, check-raised all in for 29,600, putting the pressure back on Yildiz.

After a few minutes in the tank, Luther called the clock, but when the floor came over they determined that it had not quite been long enough so Yildiz was given more time. But shortly afterwards, he flashed a king and folded his hand.

Kassouf Coolered

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Will Kassouf
Will Kassouf

William Kassouf just passed the PokerNews live reporting desk to share the details of his brutal elimination.

After he raised to 1,800 in early position, Kassouf was called by a player in middle position, then Harun Ertural jammed for approximately 30,000, which covered Kassouf's remaining 25,500.

Kassouf happily called and the middle position player folded.

William Kassouf: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Harun Ertural: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Kassouf had Ertural crushed and was looking good after the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{j-Spades} flop.

Things looked even better for Kassouf after the {q-Clubs} on the turn gave him a set of queens.

But the {10-Spades} on the river gave Ertural an unlikely straight, filling his turned gutshot to send Kassouf to the rail.

Kassouf mentioned he'd be grabbing a bite to eat before using his one reentry.

On the {3-Hearts} river, which put four hearts on the board, both players were content with checking.

Marian-Catalin turned over {a-Spades}{j-Spades} but it was no good, falling to Saderne's {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.
