Marques Gets the Maximum After Flopping Flush

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Pedro Marques
Pedro Marques

With about 15,000 in the middle on a {2-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} board, Pedro Marques checked over to Rodrigo De Barros Semeghini, who put out a bet of 6,000.

After a long staredown, Marques raised to 24,800, which only left him with a single 500 chip behind.

Following a minute-long deliberation, Semeghini opted to call. Marques flipped over {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Semeghini nodded his head and put his cards into the muck.

Salas Gets River Shove Through Grafton

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With roughly 13,000 in the middle on a {5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board, Sam Grafton, in middle position, checked over to Damian Salas, who bet 4,500. Grafton would call and the big-name duo would head to the river.

The {10-Diamonds} completed the board, putting a diamond flush on the board as well. Grafton would check over to the Argentine, who put his remaining 18,300 chips in the middle. After brief deliberation, Grafton would lay it down and Salas would go up to around 40,000 total.

Grafton is still having himself an excellent start to Day 1b, having racked up nearly 100,000 chips thus far.

Alejandro Lococo
Alejandro Lococo

Alejandro Lococo has entered the tournament and started quickly, opening for 2,000 from under the gun. Adrian Dan called from the big blind.

On the {a-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop, a continuation bet of 2,000 was enough for Papo MC to take down a small pot.

At the same table, Kenny Hallaert has enjoyed a nice start to the day and is on just under 70,000 chips.

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Kacper Pyzara
Kacper Pyzara

Kacper Pyzara opened to 3,000 from under the gun and Feroz Ahmadi called from the button. Gaelle Baumann also called from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Spades} and Pyzara continued for 3,500. Ahmadi flatted and Baumann got out of the way.

On the {j-Diamonds} river, Pyzara thought for about 30 seconds before asking Ahmadi how much he was playing with. After showing his stack of 20,900 chips, Pyzara put in his stack of blues, putting Ahmadi all in.

It didn't take long for Ahmadi to lay his hand down and Pyzara took himself over the 100,000-chip mark.
