Marchetti Hits an Ace to Double Up

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Antony Marchetti was down to just 18,700 and he shoved all in from the hijack. Florent Colin re-shoved all in from the cutoff and the rest of the table folded.

Antony Marchetti: {a-Spades}{7-Spades}
Florent Colin: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

Marchetti only had one over card but that's all he needed on the {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop. The turn was the {9-Hearts} and the river was the {10-Spades} to secure the double up for Marchetti.

Duta Turns the Nuts to Pad His Stack

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Three players saw a flop of {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Omero Fadda stuck in the last of 6,500 chips from the small blind. Morgan Aceto called in the big blind but Florian Duta pushed all in on the button which got Aceto to fold.

Omero Fadda: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Florian Duta: {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

Fadda currently held the best hand with the only pair but Duta had a wealth of outs with two over cards, a straight draw, and the better flush draw. The turn was the {7-Clubs} to give Duta the nut-flush, leaving Fadda drawing dead to the {j-Diamonds} on the river.

Aldemir Spikes a Three-Outer

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Koray Aldemir just sat down in his seat for the first time tonight and wasted little time getting in on the action with a raise to 2,000 from under the gun. Filippo Lazzaretto shoved all in for 6,500 on his left and the action folded back to Aldemir who quickly called.

Filippo Lazzaretto: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Koray Aldemir: {a-Spades}{8-Spades}

They both shared a laugh as Aldemir was pipped by one card heading to the {4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop. "Split?" Aldemir asked as they both picked up a wheel draw.

The reigning WSOP Main Event champion got better than a split as the {a-Clubs} and {8-Clubs} runout gave him two pair to eliminate Lazzaretto.

Delval Check-Shoves on the River

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A completed board of {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} was spread across the table with around 10,000 chips in the middle. Frederic Delval checked from the small blind and Nazar Buhaiov flicked in a pot-sized bet of 10,000 from the cutoff.

Delval thought for a moment and then check-raised all in. Buhaiov had just around 15,000 chips remaining and went into the tank for at least three minutes. He eventually decided to fold and Delval did him a favor by showing {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for a set of sevens.
