With the board reading 6♠8♣7♦8♦ and about 20,000 already in the pot, Do Chung Tran checked and Benjamin Spragg bet 6,000. Tran made the call.

The river came the 8♠. Tran checked again and this time was faced with a bet of 16,500 from Spragg. After about two minutes in the tank, Tran opted to fold and Spragg took down a decent pot.

Abedel Douair and Fergal Coyle both checked the 3♠8♠3♣ flop in the small blind and big blind respectively. Alan Raymundo, who heavily dominated both in chips, made it 2,000. Douair called, but the bet was enough to get Coyle to fold in the big blind.

Demis bet 5,500 on the 3♥ turn, to which Douair laid down his hand.

The Argentinian collected the pot and added to his already impressive stack.

A player in middle position raised to 2,000. Action was then on Apoorva Goel in the cutoff, however, Sergi Escote on the button called the bet of 2,000 out of turn.

Action still on Goel, he thought for some time before raising to 6,000. Escote had the option to retract his bet, but thought for some time about his decision. Eventually, Escote took back his call of 2,000 and mucked his cards. The original raiser also folded.

Babak Nasrollahzadeh moved all in from middle position for approximately 10,000 and Jerome Chuchla moved all in from the button for his last 11,100. All other players got out of the way leaving Nasrollahzadeh all in and at risk against Chuchla.

Nasrollahzadeh caught the best of the K♣3♣Q♣ flop with top two pair, but still had to fade a Chuchla's flush draw. He did just that when the board ran out 2♥4♥, securing a much-needed double up and extending his tournament life.

Chuchla was left with crumbs and busted out a few hands later.

Sverko Salvages Pot After Mistake

Gregor Sverko bet 1,800 on the button and was called by Josep Pastor De Ramon in the big blind.

The 3♦2♥6♦ flop was checked through by both players.

De Ramon bet 3,500 on the 6♠ turn and Sverko called.

Things got really interesting as the 2♣ river landed, with Sverko checking out of turn and instantly realizing his mistake. De Ramon thought for a while before putting in a large bet of 9,500, sending Sverko into the tank.

Eventually, the Croatian called it down and won the hand with holding A♦J♥ against De Ramon's 8♦5♥.

Paap Makes a Stand

Martin Paap opened to 2,300 from early position, only for Loris Alaimo to put in a three-bet to 6,300 from the cutoff.

Paap responded by moving all in for 31,400 and after about one minute of thought, Alaimo slid his cards into the muck, allowing Paap to take down a decent pot without having to see a flop.
