Four-Bet From Van Der Walle

Remigiusz Wyrzykiewicz opened to 1,400 in middle position and Peter Tordai went deep into the tank from the next seat before three-betting to 4,500.

Action folded to Marinus van der Walle in the cutoff, who himself went in the tank behind a pair of dark sunglasses. Eventually, van der Walle four-bet to 13,000. Wyrzykiewicz quickly folded and Tordai followed suit, leading van der Walle to show AK as he took in the pot.

Tagliani Persistent Preflop

Matias Tagliani raised to 1,500 from middle position and Sebastian Ulmer called in the hijack. Carl Von Dobeln considered his options before putting in a reraise to 4,500. Tagliani also took his time, before making it 9,200.

Von Dobeln seemed tempted to make the call, but the small sizing proved to be too suspicious and he folded, scooping Tagliani a decent-sized pot preflop.

Evangelos Karydas in early position raised to 1,200, Marcin Godyn to his direct left three-bet to 2,900. Karydas responded with a four-bet to approximately 5,200. Godyn moved all in and Karydas called.

Rohr Scares off Opposition

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

With about 3,500 in the middle and the board reading Q97, Robert Rohr bet 900 from middle position and was called by Max Burney in the hijack and Manoel Assuncao in the cutoff.

The turn came the 2 and this time Rohr sized up with a 7,500 bet, slightly more than pot-sized. Burney called while Assuncao got out of the way.

The river was the 4 leaving four cards to a flush on the board. Rohr moved all in, covering Burney's remaining stack of 27,000. Burney did not take long to make the fold.

"I had a nice hand" Rohr told his opponents as he scooped in a healthy pot.

Jonathan Hubert and Ramon Miquel both limped from early and late position respectively, before Marc Pesalovo raised to 3,200. Both players called, taking it three ways to the flop.

It came down KKQ and all three players checked.

The 10 turn sparked no further action, with all players checking once more.

Things heated up on the river as the 5 landed. Hubert checked before Miquel made it 10,000. Pesalovo tanked for a couple of minutes but decided to give up his hand. Hubert shoved over the top, with Miquel calling for all of his chips.

Miquel revealed his full house on the river, while a disappointed Hubert could only turn over his two pair.

Sandberg checked on the 10 turn and Rossi bet 4,000. Sandberg called. Sandberg checked once more on the Q river and Rossi took some time before checking back.

Sandberg tabled 64 for a pair of sixes and Rossi gave a pained smile before mucking his cards.

Ruoqin Cai opened from the hijack to 1,300, Marius Olsvik in the cutoff three-bet to 4,500 and Bulcsu Lukacs in the big blind four-bet to 10,100. Cai got out of the way and Olsvik moved all in. Lukacs called.

Eugen Pop moved all in for 6,000. Margolin called before Or-Paz raised to 15,100, with Margolin calling.

Margolin checked on the Q turn and snap-called as Or-Paz moved all in.

The pot stood at approximately 13,000 with two players looking at a full board that read 527KQ.

Kevin Clement, in the small blind, bet out for 6,500. Borgki Biba on the button raised to 13,000 and Clement went into the tank.

Clement eventually tossed in the call and was delivered the bad news as Biba tabled A2 for the ace-high flush.
