Big Stacks Collide as Mokri Hits Case Jack

Level 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Kayhan Mokri
Kayhan Mokri

Alejandro Lococo raised to 17,000 from early position and Kayhan Mokri called in the small blind.

"How much do you have," Mokri asked Lococo before they saw the flop.

"580. Do you have six million or seven," Lococo joked before the dealer turned over 7QJ. Both players checked.

The turn came the 4 and Mokri then led out for 40,000. Lococo called to the 2 river, where Mokri bet another 175,000.

Lococo again called and Mokri turned over JJ for a flopped set to win the big pot.

"You hit the last jack," Lococo told him.

"I'm running good," Mokri replied.

Grafton Can't Bluff Antonius

Level 9 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Patrik Antonius

Action folded to Patrik Antonius who limped in from the button, as did small blind Sam Grafton. Jean-Noel Thorel checked his option and they went three-handed to the 336 flop.

Grafton and Thorel checked over to Antonius who bet 11,000. Both opponents called to the 9 turn where action was checked through to the river.

The dealer turned over the 7 and Grafton led out for 75,000. Thorel quickly folded, but Antonius went into the tank. He looked over at Grafton and began laughing before tossing in a chip to signify a call.

Grafton showed A4 for a bluff and Antonius turned over 97 to win the pot with two pair.

"I never manage to bluff you. Not once," Grafton said. "The first time I do I'm going to slam it down."

Vaskaboinikau Wins Flip to Double

Level 9 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Mikalai Vaskaboinikau

Alejandro Lococo opened 14,000 in middle position before Mikalai Vaskaboinikau three-bet jammed next to act. The action quickly folded back to Lococo who asked for a count. After the dealer let him know it was 187,000 he made the call.

Mikalai Vaskaboinikau: A10
Alejandro Lococo: 77

It was a classic race but the A55 flop paired Vaskaboinikau's ace to give him the lead. The K turn and 2 river meant Vaskaboinikau could remain seated as he pulled in the pot.
