Dezfooli Leads the River

Three-handed on a board of J♦J♠2♠5♦, Ottomar Ladva bet 7,000 from the cutoff and Seyed Dezfooli called in the small blind. Lei Yu then used two time banks before he also called out of the big blind.

The river came the 3♥ and Dezfooli led out for 15,000. Yu folded this time, while Ladva quickly joined him in the muck.

Rezaei Gets Value From Seidel

Heads-up on a flop of 3♠K♠5♦, Daniel Rezaei led out for 10,500 from the big blind and Erik Seidel called on the button.

Both players checked the 9♠ turn before Rezaei bet another 22,000 on the 7♣ river.

Seidel tanked for a moment before tossing in a chip to call as Rezaei turned over Q♥Q♦. Seidel mucked and Rezaei dragged in the big pot.

Conor Beresford, runner-up in the €10,200 Mystery Bounty event last night, just took his seat at this table.

Zhou Drills the Turn to Double Off Rezaei

Quan Zhou raised to 3,500 before Daniel Rezaei three-bet to 11,000 on the button. Zhou called and they went heads-up to the Q♥8♠J♠ flop.

Rezaei then continued for 15,000 and Zhou moved all in for around 65,000. Rezaei snap-called.

Rezaei had picked up another big pair but needed to dodge Zhou's flush and straight draws. The turn brought the 7♠, completing Zhou's nut flush as Rezaei was already cutting out the chips to pay him off by the time the 5♥ fell on the river.

Rezaei Gets His Chips Back

Kayhan Mokri raised to 3,500 from under the gun and received calls by Daniel Rezaei and Timothy Adams on the button.

All three players checked the J♠10♦2♣ flop before Rezaei bet 4,500 on the 10♠ turn.

Adams called, then Mokri put in a raise to 16,000. Rezaei called and Adams got out of the way.

The 7♣ fell on the river and Mokri checked this time. Rezaei then stacked up most of his chips and slid them forward, a bet of 72,000 while leaving just one red 500 chip behind.

Mokri burned through two time banks and used up nearly another 30 seconds before he mucked.

Orpaz Gets Two Shoves Through

Tom Orpaz had just lost a pot when he paid off a bet of 40,000 from Felipe Ketzer on the river, only to be shown the nut flush.

The next hand, Ottomar Ladva raised to 3,500 under the gun before Orpaz moved all in from the big blind for 40,000. "Got me tilted," Orpaz said as Ladva mucked.

Lei Yu then raised to 3,500 and Pablo Brito Silva called on the button. Orpaz then moved all in again for 45,000 and Yu quickly folded. Brito Silva, though, used a time bank before he also gave up his cards.

Brito Silva then bet 25,000 and Dezfooli quickly called. Brito Silva turned over Q♦10♦ and Dezfooli let out a loud sigh before mucking.
