Niste Gets Tricky
Level 30
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Mihai Niste picked up Q♦Q♣ in the small blind and limped in as Joao Sydenstricker checked Q♠8♣.
The 3♥7♠8♠ flop gave Sydenstricker top pair and both players checked through to the 2♣ turn. Niste then led out for 225,000 and Sydenstricker called.
The 2♥ fell on the river and Niste fired out 775,000 this time. Sydenstricker quickly called, then mucked at the sight of Niste's pocket queens.
