Shaw Bombs The Turn

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Carl Shaw opened to 35,000 from the cutoff and was called by Ido Aboudi on the button.

Aboudi called a 55,000 bet from Shaw on the 67Q flop and then Shaw overbet for 280,000 on the 8 turn — sending Aboudi into the tank.

Aboudi eventually thought better of it and let his hand go — conceding the pot to Shaw.

Jurcuta and Kacprzak Hit the Rail

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Action was heads up with over 300,000 in the middle and 10Q69 on the board when Paul Jurcuta got it in for around 200,000. Simon Wiciak called and turned over KQ and he was behind the Q10 of Jurcuta. The river, however was a J to give Wiciak the straight that sent Jurcuta out of the tournament. Jurcuta is a PokerStars Power Path Gold Path winner and he will take home €23,650 for the effort.

One hand later, Marcin Kacprzak got his last 45,000 in and Vicent Bosca raised from the next seat over. The rest of the table got out of the way and action was heads up with Kacprzak at risk.

Marcin Kacprzak: J9
Vicent Bosca: 66

The board ran out 724Q6 and the sixes held for Bosca to eliminate Kacprzak from the tournament.
