Ahuja Gets Paid on the River

Heads-up on a board of 10♦4♠10♥4♥, Ankit Ahuja bet 85,000 from the big blind and Anthony Khouzami called in the hijack.
The river came the A♣ and Ahuja fired out another 200,000. Khouzami spent about a minute in the tank before calling the bet that represented most of his chips.
Ahuja then turned over 7♦4♦ for a full house and Khouzami mucked.
"I folded seven-ten for you," Silviu Baltateanu said to Ahuja after the hand.
"Good. You should fold that," Ahuja replied.
