In a blind-on-blind battle between Martin Diaz and Alex Keating, the latter had raised to 25,000 from the big blind after a limp from Diaz. Diaz then three-bet to 100,000 before Keating four-bet jammed, covering Diaz's 318,000 chips. Diaz called quicker than lightning and the cards were tabled.

The flop brought a big sweat when 10♥7♥9♠Q♥ rolled off, but the K♠ river did not complete Keating's flush draw. Much to the relief of Diaz, his aces held up as he soared up the leaderboard and received a stack of double the average.

Ladev has used his big stack to apply pressure on his opponents close to the bubble, and once again, he opened to 10,000 from under the gun. This time, Dmitrii Nazarov, in early position, three-bet to 30,000.

All the other players folded, then Ladev decided to go all in. Nazarov snap-called.
