Haidar Has the Goods

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Guillermo Gordo opened under the gun to 20,000 before Andreas Tomazou called next to act. It then folded to Mohammad Haidar in late position who thought for a moment and then put in a three-bet to 80,000. Gordo opted to get out of the way but Tomazou stuck around to see three.

The K3K flop hit the felt and Tomazou check-called a 50,000 continuation bet from Haidar on their way to a 3 turn. Tomazou checked once more and Haidar didn't take long before moving all in. Tomazou snap called and got the bad news for his tournament life.

Andreas Tomazou: 55
Mohammad Haidar: AK

Unfortunately for Tomazou, he was already drawing dead and the Q river would not change a thing. He hit the rail and Haidar gained a pile of chips in the process.
