Burmistrov Gets a Pure Triple

Level 18 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Nemanja Lukovic opened from early position to 16,000. The action then folded to Wooram Cho in the small blind who flat-called before Fedor Burmistrov also flat-called out of the big blind off a stack of about 50,000.

The Q99 flop landed and action checked to Lukovic who continued for 14,000. Cho called and action was on Burmistrov. After about a minute in the tank he announced he was all in for his remaining 36,000.

Lukovic thought over his option and then put in the extra chips. Cho opted to tag along aswell.

The Q landed on the turn double pairing the board and action quickly checked through to a 3 river. It was checked through once more and hands were tabled. Lukovic and Cho rolled over ace-high and Burmistrov tabled 95 for a full house and the win. He would get a put triple-up after a call from the big blind at just the right time.

PokerNews caught the action as Mehdi Chaoui could be seen making his way to the payout desk; the recipient of his chips was PokerStars Team Pro member Alejandro Lococo.

Chaoui took his seat at Table 8 this afternoon to find out Lococo would be to his direct left. After some friendly rivalry for the start of the first level, Lococo would soon the the beneficiary of Chaoui's entire stack, as he chips up to over 800,000.
