Sleiman Picks Up Kings to Double

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Ricardo Sleiman raised to 1,600 in early position before Tom Fuchs three-bet to 7,000 in the big blind. Sleiman then moved all in for 21,000 and Fuchs quickly called.

2023 EPT Paris runner-up Peter Jorgne opened to 1,500 from the hijack, then called a three-bet to 4,500 by Stefan Dimitrov in the cutoff.

On the flop Q76, Jorgne called again Dimitrov's continuation-bet to 3,000. But the action froze on the turn 3, as both players checked.

The A came on the river. Jorgne checked again, and decided to fold after Dimitrov bet 14,500.

On the first hand back from dinner break, Tristan Bain shoved all in for his last 9,400 in the cutoff and Rashad Iskandarov called on the button.

Bain remained ahead on the 98K flop, but Iskandarov pulled into the lead on the Q turn and left Bain one card away from elimination.

The river, though, brought the 5 and Bain made a flush to win the pot and double up.
