Nakdali Takes It on the River

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

A pot of over 60 big blinds was created by Sosia Jiang and Yaman Nakdali upon arrival at the table. Jiang was in the big blind and added 10,000 more to that via a bet. Nakdali made the call from the hijack and a final card was dealt.

Jiang slowed down on the 7 river, now checking to her opponent. He needed one time extension to come up with a bet 28,000, enough to put Jiang all-in. Jiang then needed to prolong her own shot clock twice before she ultimately mucked her cards.

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
Martin Jacobson
Martin Jacobson

Martin Jacobson opened to 800 from under the gun and only Dimitar Danchev made the call in the big blind.

The flop came J43 and Danchev check-called a bet of 600 from Jacobson. On the A turn Danchev checked again and Jacobson sized up to 2,200, which Danchev called.

The Q completed the runout and Danchev checked a third time. Jacobson took some time before tossing out a bet of 6,000 and Danchev went deep in the tank. After using one time bank chip, Danchev reluctantly let his cards go and the pot was sent to Jacobson.

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
Maria Ho
Maria Ho

Maria Ho has also entered the €25,000 EPT High Roller and was involved in a pot with Sam Grafton.

She raised to 700 from under the gun and Grafton responded with a three-bet to 2,500. The action folded back to Ho who made the call. The flop of 948 showed itself and both players checked.

The J turn saw Ho retake the aggressive route as she put a bet of 3,600 out. Grafton made the call before the pair reverted to checking again on the 10 river.

Ho showed down KJ for a turned top pair and it beat Grafton's cards, which quickly hit the muck.

Shortly thereafter, Andre Leathern showed up at the table to take his seat.

Ju Picks Off Bluff From Chidwick

Level 4 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

The action was picked up in a pot of close to 40,000 on a completed board showing K7627. Samuel Ju checked from the big blind to Stephen Chidwick in the cutoff who moved all his stack of 38,700 forward, leaving a single 100 chip behind. Ju went deep in the tank, using multiple time bank chips, before eventually making the call and the cards were shown.

Chidwick tabled 109 for ten-high and missed straight draw, while Ju scooped the massive pot with AK for top pair. A short while later, Chidwick would get his remaining chip in the middle and hit the rail when he couldn't find the luck to spin it up.

Suvarna Pays It Off

Level 4 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Just as the clock hit 100 registrations, Shanthosh Suvarna and Philip Sternheimer were involved in a pot worth 17,500. A completed board of 75Q67 had been dealt and Suvarna had made a bet of roughly 5,000 chips from the big blind.

Sternheimer upped the ante to 16,700 from the big blind and Suvarna tanked for a bit before he put in a call. Sternheimer confidently showed him A7 and the rivered trips took down the pot.

Puetz Puts Nakdali To The Test

Level 4 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Justin Bonomo opened the action to 700 from the cutoff and both Yaman Nakdali on the button and Christopher Puetz in the big blind made the call.

The flop fanned out 1032 and Puetz checked to Bonomo who continued for 700. Nakdali called and Puetz put in a check-raise to 3,000. Bonomo took a moment before releasing his cards and Nakdali came along.

On the 7 turn both played slowed down with a check to the 8 river. Puetz took a moment before tossing out a bet of 2,200, and without much thought, Nakdali called. Puetz rolled over J10 for flopped top pair and took down the pot when Nakdali's cards hit the muck.
