Two Doubles on Feature Table

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Manig Loeser opened for 8,000 under the gun, then Olivier Paris, a couple of seats over, checked with the dealer to make certain they were in the money before moving in for his last 29,000. Everyone else bowed out and Loeser called, having Paris covered.

Olivier Paris: JJ
Manig Loeser: 55

The board ran out 43Q6A and despite picking up a straight draw on the turn, Loeser's inferior pair remained so. Paris took the much-needed double-up.

Then it was Aleksandr Volkov who got all in for 29,000 from early position. Big stack Silviu Baltateanu in the hijack was his only caller.

Aleksandr Volkov: JJ
Silviu Baltateanu: 1010

Again the short-stack had the better pair and it held up on the 95Q22 runout. Volkov got his much-needed double-up as well.

Martini and Wilf Collide in the Blinds

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Julien Martini
Julien Martini

Julien Martini and Saar Wilf were heads-up in the blinds with around 70,000 in the pot already. The board read J4223 and Martini slid out a bet of 83,000 in the small blind, leaving just 1,000 behind.

Saar Wilf leaned across the table to get a better look at his opponent as he deliberated for minutes. "Ace-jack is supposed to be a snap-call," Wilf said aloud.

Wilf thought for another 30 seconds before dropping in some chips to call. Martini whipped over K5 for a flush and Wilf's cards went into the muck.

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Olivier Paris opened early for 8,000 and Aleksandr Volkov on his left was his only caller and had him covered. On the flop of 10108 Paris moved all in for his last 41,000. Volkov called with the bigger stack and bigger pair.

Olivier Paris: KK
Aleksandr Volkov: AA

It was a total cooler for Paris, who could only watch as his tournament life ran out 58. He left in 142nd place and will collect more than a min-cash: €9,850.

Spragg Sent To The Exit

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Ben Spragg
Ben Spragg

Killian Kramer opened to 8,000 from under the gun and it folded to Benjamin Spragg in the hijack who moved all in for 35,000. The rest of the table got out of the way and Kramer made the call to put Spragg at risk.

Benjamin Spragg: AQ
Killian Kramer: 109

Spragg was slightly ahead but would need to dodge the live cards for Kramer. The board ran out K85K9 and the river fell like a ton of bricks when the pair of nines scored the pot for Kramer to send Spragg to the exit in 136th place.
