Short Stack Double for Navarro

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Pablo Navarro raised to 110,000 and kept 2,000 chips behind. It folded to Kayhan Mokri from two seats over and he reraised to 475,000, forcing out all players behind to go for yet another bounty prize.

Pablo Navarro: {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Kayhan Mokri: {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}

It was a classic flip and Navarro got there on the turn of a {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades} board.

"You see how bad I run?" the current chip leader and master bounty hunter exclaimed, who has already redeemed two €25,000 bounty prizes.

Garagnani Clips Vogelsang

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Tom Vogelsang shipped all in for 206,000 in early position and Pedro Garagnani asked for a count from the big blind before making the call.

Tom Vogelsang: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Pedro Garagnani: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Garagnani grabbed a stranglehold on the hand with top pair and the best flush draw. The {5-Hearts} and {2-Spades} runout was no help to Vogelsang who was sent to the rail.

At an adjacent table, Gilmar Lima ran into the pocket kings of Felipe Ketzer and a king-high board gave no hope to Lima as well.

Mokri Busts Mulder; Leaves Garagnani Short

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Teun Mulder
Teun Mulder

Teun Mulder had three-bet jammed a short stack of around 130,000 to then get isolated by Pedro Garagnani. Kayhan Mokri called all-in for 591,000 behind that, as he was covered by Garagani to create a seven-figure pot.

Teun Mulder: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Pedro Garagnani: {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Kayhan Mokri: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

The {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop left Mokri on the ropes with a straight draw and back door diamonds. However, the Norwegian pulled a rabbit out of the hat by spiking the {9-Diamonds} turn and {2-Diamonds} river. He knocked out Mulder and left a huge crate in the big stack of Garagnani.

Hrabec Among the Next Casualties; Danchev's Bounty to be Split

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Andre Marques
Andre Marques

Roman Hrabec defended the small blind and got it in after a {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} flop, turning over the {k-Spades}{8-Spades} for a flush draw. He was looked up by Bruno Volkmann with the far covering stack and he turned over {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}.

Ace-king high remained ahead on the {j-Diamonds} turn and {3-Diamonds} river to eliminate Hrabec, who was joined on the rail shortly after by Dimitar Danchev. The elimination of the latter was part of a three-way all-in when Danchev's short stack was covered by Andre Marques and Tom Vogelsang.

Dimitar Danchev: {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Tom Vogelsang: {a-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Andre Marques: {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}

"We need hearts? An ace will do," Marques mentioned in table chat. Sure enough, the {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop gave Vogelsang and Marques two pair. Danchev couldn't catch up on the {q-Clubs} turn and {3-Hearts} river to become the next casualty. Since both opponent had the Bulgarian covered, they will split whatever bounty envelope gets drawn.

Wakil Busts Schwecht and Doubles Through Hissou

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Tobias Schwecht was all-in for 145,000 and Jamil Wakil then jammed for 296,000 from the next seat. Sirzat Hissou moved all-in with the covering stack and Mehdi Chaoui folded, claiming to have let go of pocket nines. "I liked my hand, and would have called if he folded," he mentioned in table chat.

Tobias Schwecht: {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Jamil Wakil: {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Sirzat Hissou: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

The board ran out {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Wakil turned the nut flush to notch up a bounty and leave Hissou in agony.

Hagstrom Pushes Chidwick Off on the River

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Jonas Hagstrom raised it up from the cutoff and Stephen Chidwick called from the big blind. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Chidwick check-called a bet of 12,000 from Hagstrom.

The action was the same when Hagstrom bet 42,000 on the {3-Hearts} turn card. The {2-Diamonds} completed the board and Chidwick checked for the third time. Hagstrom dropped in a bet of 100,000 and Chidwick went into the tank for over a minute before slinging his cards to the muck.
