MacDonnell Left with Crumbs

Level 16 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Juho Suutari and Marc MacDonnell got all of their chips in the middle after a series of preflop raises. MacDonnell liked his position after the cards were tabled with the dominating hand.

Juho Suutari: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Marc MacDonnell: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} to give MacDonnell a pair of kings but Suutari picked up a flush draw. The turn was the {6-Diamonds} and Suutari locked up the pot before the {j-Clubs} river. After the chips were counted, it was Suutari who was at risk for 78,000, leaving MacDonnell with just 3,000 chips.

Margets Busts as Kuznetcov Keeps Stacking

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Nikita Kuznetsov opened on the button into the relatively short-stacked blinds Jose Ruis Dominguez and Leo Margets, who both called the 9,000 raise.

The flop fell {5-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} and the action was checked to Kuznetsov. He bet 25,000 chips, which got Dominguez out of the way. Margets did the opposite and put all her chips in the middle, which Kuznetsov quickly called.

Leo Margets: {k-Spades}{7-Clubs}
Nikita Kuznetsov: {5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

Margets flopped top pair but was heavily outflopped by the two pair of Kuznetsov. The turn {6-Hearts} and river {4-Hearts} did not bring a counterfeit or one of Margets outs, and she was eliminated from the tournament. Meanwhile, Kuznetsov stacked Margets' stack onto his already impressive tower of chips.

Day 2 Chip Leader

Two Winners in Four-Way All-In

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Action was caught when all the chips of four people were already in the middle. Enrico Camosci had around 90,000 in front of him and covered the other three players. Ludovic Periaux's stack was around 80,000, Dario de Paz had 28,000, and Marvin Ben Haim was the short stack with roughly 20,000 chips.

Their hands were tabled:
Marvin Ben Haim: {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Dario De Paz: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Ludovic Periaux: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Enrico Camosci: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}, and both Camosci and De Paz cheered. They took one bounty token each with their top pair as the other two took their leave, and discussed the situation cheerfully in their native Italian.

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel opened to 8,000 from under the gun before Antonio Scalzi jammed for 82,000 from middle position. After some time in the tank, Kabrhel called.

Antonio Scalzi: {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}
Martin Kabrhel: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The {7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop kept Scalzi ahead but the {5-Diamonds} turn gave Kabrhel a flush draw. The {5-Hearts} completed the board for Scalzi to double up.

Runout Shows No Love for Amorella

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Adrien Amorella was all in for 45,000 from under the gun and was called by Humberto Lopes Galindo from middle position. The remaining players at the table folded.

Adrien Amorella: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Humberto Lopes Galindo: {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Amorella was en route to a crucial double-up following the {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop and {4-Clubs} turn. However, the {j-Clubs} river gave Galindo the best hand and Amorella was stunned to be out.

Rags for Kabrhel Turns Into a Bounty

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel raised to 6,000 on the button and Roman Ulanov pushed all in for 17,500 in the small blind. The big blind folded and Kabrhel quickly called Ulanov's short stack.

Roman Ulanov: {4-Spades}{4-Hearts}
Martin Kabrhel: {10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}

Kabrhel opted to play his rags for a chance at a bounty chip and it worked out for him as the board ran out {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

"You can't do that," Aliaksandr Shylko said to Kabrhel. "You got all the money, that's not fair."

"Now he has an afternoon off," Kabrhel barked back.
