Gago's Four-bet Takes it Down

Level 18 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Jakub Gago opened to 18,000 in early position. He was then raised by Giovanni Boon in the small blind, who made it 55,000. Gago thought for a bit before reraising all in, while covering Boon. The Belgian sat with 95,000 chips left behind, facing a four-bet for his tournament life.

Boon eventually folded, prompting Gago to let out a sigh of relief as the Pole tabled AK. Boon also looked relieved, and announced "Ace-queen suited." Gago chipped up while Boon was left with well below average stack as the bubble inched ever closer.
