Aliaksandr Shylko raised to 10,000 on the button and Tsz Him Chan called in the small blind.

The flop came 8♣J♦Q♠ and Shylko continued for 8,000. Chan called, then called another 28,000 on the 4♣ turn.

The river was the 7♥ and Chan moved all in. "Woo, saved me," Shylko said as he folded for his last 80,000.

"One of the rare times when you lose but feel great," Shylko added.

The 8♣ river saw Abakirov size down, with a very small bet of 6,000. Kasper called. Abakirov tabled 2♣2♥ for an underpair to the board; enough to see Kasper's cards hit the muck.

Niklas Astedt open-raised from middle position, Fabian Schmidt called from the next seat across, then Bruno Volkmann reraised to 32,000 from the button. Astedt folded, Schmidt shoved all in, and Volkmann called. He was the player at risk as players turned their cards.

"Wait for it," said Astedt as the board cards were revealed.

The board ran out 6♥7♦3♦10♠2♥. The turn brought Schmidt the set of tens to give him the pot. Volkmann's kings were cracked and he was eliminated from the tournament.

"So sick!" said Astedt.

Niklas Astedt raised to 8,000 in the hijack before Fabian Schmidt three-bet to 24,000 in the cutoff. Marcelo Bonanata called on the button, as did Astedt and they went three-handed to the 2♠5♦4♥ flop.

Action checked to Manfredini who bet 40,000. Astedt folded, but Schmidt burned through two time banks before shoving all in for 102,000. Bonanata snap-called.

Schmidt was far behind Bonanata's kings heading to the A♠ turn as he was one card away from elimination. The river, though, was the 10♦ and Schmidt made a set to double up.

Hulme checked again on the river 9♠. Labat took this opportunity to bet 25,000, putting Hulme into the tank. The English player struggled to make a decision, but folded.
