Thiriart began looking around the room and tanking until the floor was called over. He burned through several time banks before the tournament official alerted him he was going on the clock. Thiriart then called off his last chips.

Andrzej Powalka opened to 20,000 from middle position, and was called by Vlado Banicevic on the button and by the big blind.
Powalka continued with a bet of 30,000 on the 9♦5♠3♦ flop. Banicevic made the call, but the big blind folded at this point.
Both players then checked the turn 10♠ to find the 8♦ on the river. After Powalka checked again, Banicevic bet 85,000. It didn't take long for Powalka to fold.

"John One" check-called a 40,000 bet from Diaz on the 10♦5♥6♣ flop and then check-raised all in after facing a 115,00 bet from Diaz on the Q♥ turn. Diaz folded and a showdown was held.

The flop came 7♥9♥4♥ and Zhao bet 80,000. Helou called and the 10♣ fell on the turn.
Zhao continued for 110,000 and Helou again called. The river was the K♦ and Zhao slowed down and checked.
Helou also checked and Zhao turned over K♥K♣ for a rivered set. Helou showed him 10♠10♥ as a collective gasp arose from the other players at the table.
"Great check back," tablemate Govert Metaal told Helou as Zhao tapped the felt to acknowledge the fact that Helou saved himself from losing an even bigger pot.

Daniel Stancer raised to 20,000 from under the gun and picked up a call from the button before Dejan Jakovljevic reraised from the small blind for 90,000. Stancer then four-bet all in for 321,000, the button folded, and Jakovljevic showed 7♥7♣ as he folded his hand to concede the pot.
