Jakovljevic Picks Off Kyte

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Dejan Jakovljevic raised to 80,000 in early position and Jon Kyte called in the cutoff.

Both players checked the Q510 flop before Jakovljevic bet 130,000 on the 7 turn. Kyte called and the 3 fell on the river.

Jakovljevic checked this time and Kyte bet 275,000. Jakovljevic called and Kyte showed AJ for missed straight and flush draws. Jakovljevic had QJ for a pair of queens to take the pot.

"Nice call," Grigorii Rodin told him.

Blocker Bet Does It for Neugebauer

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Serge Chechin opened to 85,000 from the cutoff and Max Neugebauer defended his big blind.

Neugebauer check-called for 85,000 on the K85 flop, bringing in the 3 turn. Neugebauer checked again and it looked like Chechin was going to put out another bet, but he decided against it and checked.

Neugebauer then led out for just 50,000 on the 10 river which folded out his opponent.

Adria Diaz

Marius Kudzmanas raised to 80,000 as the first player to act, and the action folded to Adria Diaz on the button, who went all in for 445,000 chips. The blinds got out of the way before Kudzmanas made a quick call with the covering stack.

Adria Diaz: KJ
Marius Kudzmanas: QQ

The board ran out royalty-free with 334A4, meaning that Kudzmanas' queens held for the victory.

Diaz said his goodbyes before collecting his payout for finishing in 21st place.

Big Bets Win

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Dejan Jakovljevic made it 80,000 to go from middle position before Mark Helou flat-called from the hijack. Grigorii Rodin also came along from the big blind, and the three went off to a flop of 3K3.

Rodin checked and Jakovljevic continued for 65,000. Helou got out of the way but Rodin had other plans and put forth a raise to 260,000. Jakovljevic called and the 7 turn hit the felt.

Rodin fired another bet in the middle, this time for 450,000 chips. A quick fold followed from his opponent, awarding Rodin the three-way pot.

Mulder and Colillas Chop an All-In

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Teun Mulder open-jammed from the cutoff for his stack of 725,000 chips, and the action folded to Ramon Colillas in the big blind, who snap called with the covering stack without even asking for a count.

Teun Mulder: 44
Ramon Colillas: QQ

It seemed a great spot for Colillas to score a knockout, but the deck had other ideas in mind when it flopped Mulder a set on 854.

The 6 turn brought some chop outs for Colillas, and the 7 river indeed turned the board into a straight, chopping the pot up evenly between the two players.

"Build a Wall!"

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Umberto Ruggeri
Umberto Ruggeri

It seems like Umberto Ruggeri is struggling a bit with live tournament habits.

To check his cards, he doesn't take the precaution of hiding them with his hand. "I can see your hand when you look at it," said his neighbor Steve O'Dwyer a few times before the dinner break.

Upon returning to the table, O'Dwyer warned Ruggeri again after a few hands. "I can see your cards in every hand," he told him once again.

"Build a wall!" joked the players around the table to help Ruggeri.

The situation seems to be under control now.

The 2 turn was put on the table and Kudzmanas upped the ante significantly with a bet of 300,000 chips.
